3128 pictures were taken. I took a picture every 5 seconds so the time lapse is ~260 mins. The movie speed is 30 fps. I chopped off a piece of the end to sync to the music so if you do the math you may notice a gap.

I wanted to do a sunset time lapse but it was rainy yesterday. I just received all my new fish/snails/starfish yesterday so this was an easy alternative

I read someone recently describe Jon Stewart as the Edward R. Murrow of our time. Very thought provoking concept and it seems to back what Stewart espouses: that today’s media does a horrible job reporting the news – hence someone like Stewart, a comedian, is somehow the closest thing we have to critical journalism.
I can’t help but agree. I also can’t help but wonder if Jim Cramer is done, a la Stewart’s killing of the CNN show Crossfire after appearing on it and making everyone else look like petty fools. If so, he’s not only Edward R. Murrow, but also a new age Dr. Kevorkian, putting talking heads out of their misery with their prior consent.
One can only hope.

Awesome analysis Jimmy! Jon Stewart is definitely one of the only “journalist” I trust these days. Everyone else seems to have motivating factors other then informing the public.
